Processing time and Shipping Policy
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
For Scrunchies, my current processing time is 1-3 business days.
For Hanging Hand Towel, my current processing time is 1-4 business days.
All shipping will be using Australia post only.
I am located in Melbourne, Australia and ship worldwide using Australia Post.
Please choose your shipping method according to your orders, envelope shipping is only for domestic scrunchies orders, can not be use for other orders.
Domestic Shipping (Australia):
Envelope shipping (no tracking) cost $4, only for scrunchies orders. Estimate delivery time: 1-12 business days depending on locations and delays.
Envelope shipping (with tracking) cost $6.50, only for scrunchies orders. Estimate delivery time: 1-12 business days depending on locations and delays.
Tracked Parcel Post, cost $9.30. Estimate delivery time: 1-7 business days depending on location and delays.
Express Parcel Post, cost $13.30. Estimate delivery time: 1-5 business days depending on location and delays.
FREE SHIPPING: For orders above $125, by Tracked Parcel Post.
International Shipping (All Tracked):
*Due to covid19, weather and others, delays times may not be accurate.
Please allow 1-2 weeks domestically and 6-8 weeks internationally.
Stitch By Mi is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail. Please ensure tracking is purchased so you can track your delivery and be insured for damaged or lost mail.
*Please ensure address is correct upon checkout. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to change your address. Unfortunately if the item/s are already shipped I will not be able to change the address.
*Sometimes orders will be include free products as a gifts
*Shipping estimates are from time of shipment, not when the order has been placed.
*Business days do not include public holidays or weekends.
*Overseas orders may incur customs and import fees. Stitch By Mi is not responsible for such fees and they must be paid by the customer upon collection. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. This is out of Stitch By Mi’s control.

Return & Exchange Policy
As all of my products are handmade and a lot of time and effort is put into creating your order and also due to hygiene reasons, I do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once the product is shipped.
No refunds will be given for change of mind after product is shipped.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order to discuss appropriate resolution.
If the item is faulty please message me to discuss appropriate resolution. This is genuinely a product replacement but a refund may be given depending on the circumstances.
I always take a photo of the package before I send it especially package send by non trackable envelope. And I’m happy to send you a photo of the envelope/package if required.
NO refunds on lost or delayed mail!
